The number of beads in a strand it is normally not always 45 or more.

Please note; Colours vary as natural gemstones also dependant on screen you are using.  8mm gemstones are unlikely to be exactly 8mm but I have sourced decent quality gemstones to try and limit the variation in size.  I will try to give a photo to give the idea of size.

My wholesaler classes natural as taken from the Earth and my understanding is this is the case with all these gemstones.

PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME GEMSTONES SHOULD BE TREATED CAREFULLY IN SOME SITUATIONS FOR EXAMPLE CITRINE MAY FADE WHEN EXPOSED TO SUNLIGHT FOR A FEW HOURS.
